2. Before Dispatch

Cancellation requests received before dispatch may be accepted, subject to order status and any applicable legal requirements.

3. After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation is accepted and payment has already been made, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible, subject to the applicable refund procedure and legal requirements.

5. Orders We Cannot Fulfil

If AADIMA cannot fulfil an accepted and paid order, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
